Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition sessions are 1:1 appointments with Kailey, to work on your personal health goals. Whether you want to book a single session, or a package, Kailey works with you at your own pace and in the style that suits you best.

Services may also be used for couples and families.

Includes 2 sessions. To begin, I'll get your full health history, an idea of your goals, lifestyle, schedule, nutritional concerns, food preferences, and any other relevant information to create a customized meal plan for you. In the second session, we go over the plan together. I'll give you the information and support to implement your new lifestyle with confidence!

In a follow up session, I provide continuing support with your lifestyle changes. This hour may be used for grocery shopping support or at home meal prep.

Preparing Guacamole

A 2 month commitment to your nutrition goals! This option gives you the 2 intake session appointments, 3 follow-up hours, a recipe folder and my continued support through email or text throughout your 2 month journey.
